Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vendly (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What We Sell

Vendly sells access to vendor sourcing information, including vendor links used to source products for resale, and digital guides related to reselling. These are informational, digital products delivered electronically. We are not a manufacturer, wholesaler, or vendor of the underlying physical products referenced in our listings, and we do not hold inventory of those products.

No Affiliation, No Guarantee of Results

Vendly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand referenced in our product listings. Vendor pricing, stock, minimums, and terms are set entirely by third-party vendors and can change at any time without notice. We make no guarantee regarding sales, profit, or resale outcomes from using any vendor link or guide purchased on this Site. Any results mentioned on the Site are illustrative, not typical, and your results will vary.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse, in which case we will refund the payment for that order.

Digital Delivery

Digital Products are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and check your spam or promotions folder. See our Refund Policy for what happens if delivery fails.

Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any Digital Product, including lost profits from resale activity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
